Happy December from all of us at Chan & Chen Orthodontics! Our whole team is looking forward to all the festive decorations this month brings and Dr. Kathleen is looking forward to more snow! As 2020 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on a year that held both challenges and triumphs for our team.
The most challenging part of 2020 was pivoting amidst the pandemic and adjusting almost all our protocols to ensure a safe environment for our patients and team. We are so proud to maintain the highest standard of safety for everyone. Thank you to all our wonderful patients for accommodating our new safety protocols!
Our biggest accomplishment of 2020 couldn’t have happened without our biggest challenge, facing the pandemic brought our team closer together. We also learned to appreciate our health and loved ones and come together not only as a team but as a community as well.
As our country still battles the coronavirus, this entire year will definitely be different from the rest. This season in particular is noticeably different due to our inability to see many family members in person during the holidays. That being said, we want to remind everyone to abide by recommendations, to continue physical distancing, and to follow recommended state travel orders. It’s easy to start feeling fatigued by all the required measures, but it’s so important to do our part for the community. We look forward to putting this pandemic behind us very soon. In the meantime, don't give up!
